Our Housing team can provide free, independent legal advice for young people between the ages of 16-25 who are experiencing housing difficulties or homelessness. This may include those that have nowhere to stay, who are at risk of losing their home, or have been told by the council that they can’t help them in securing accommodation.
Whether you are facing eviction, struggling with homelessness, dealing with disrepair or have questions about your tenancy rights, our specialist housing team can help. We provide free legal advice and representation to young people across London.

- Emergency advice and representation at court for housing possession cases
- Eviction and possession proceedings (from your rented home), including notices served by your landlord
- Homelessness
- Succession for tenants when the person you live with has died
- Unlawful eviction
- Rented home in such poor condition that it’s affecting your health (disrepair)
- If your landlord has applied to County Court for an injunction against you, for example because of anti-social behaviour
- Getting rent deposits back
