At Youth Legal, we believe that access to legal advice should not depend on a young person’s income, background or circumstances. We are looking for a committed and experienced Community Care Supervising Solicitor to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting vulnerable young people and families across London.

This is an opportunity to combine high-quality legal practice with meaningful social impact. The role involves advising and representing young people aged 16-25 and families with children on complex community care matters, from one off support via our advice line to representation throughout a case. You will also help supervise and develop junior staff and volunteers, contribute to service development, and support the growth of an ambitious and values-driven organisation.

We are looking for someone with strong community care knowledge, excellent judgement and a genuine commitment to social justice. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex casework, supporting others within a collaborative team environment and working with empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.
